By using Adapt Fitness, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Fitness guidance, not medical advice

Adapt Fitness provides general fitness planning, logging and educational information. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions and is not a substitute for a physician, physiotherapist or other qualified professional. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms and seek appropriate advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for choosing appropriate exercises and loads, using safe technique, inspecting equipment and training within your abilities. Recommendations are estimates based on the information available and are not guarantees of results.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape protected systems or use Adapt Fitness to violate law or others’ rights.

Subscriptions

Optional Pro features may be offered through Apple in-app purchase. Prices and trial terms appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account according to Apple’s terms. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Content and intellectual property

The app, website, designs, software and original content belong to Adapt Fitness or its licensors. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to process it to operate the service.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change or discontinue features. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Features involving third-party services depend on their availability and permissions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adapt Fitness is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
